MyBroadcastFellow ("the Fellow," "the service") is an AI thinking partner for film and television creators, operated by Resonant Catalyst. It helps you think through your projects across development, production, and post: pitches, notes, coverage, budgets, schedules, and the rest of the work of getting something made. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Responses are generated by an AI system and are for thinking and preparation only. They are industry guidance without professional authority: not entertainment-law advice, not the services of an agent or manager, and not a commitment from any broadcaster, studio, or financier. No producer, fiduciary, or representation relationship is created by using the service. See our Disclaimer for the full picture. Verify anything important, especially deal terms and legal obligations, with the licensed professionals on your project before acting on it.
MyBroadcastFellow is for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not exploit the Fellow for personal or commercial gain. This includes, without limitation:
You also agree not to use the service unlawfully, to abuse or attempt to circumvent the system, or to use it on behalf of anyone in a way that would require a license or credential you do not hold.
Enforcement. Violating this Acceptable Use section is grounds for Resonant Catalyst to suspend or terminate your access or membership, at our discretion and without refund.
You retain full ownership of everything you bring to the Fellow: your scripts, pitches, decks, formats, and ideas. Using the service transfers no rights in your creative material to us, and we claim none. You are responsible for what you upload, and for making sure you have the right to share it (for example, material owned by a production company or covered by an NDA). The MyBroadcastFellow name, design, prompts, and software are the property of Resonant Catalyst. These Terms do not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, or create derivative products from the service itself. Your creative material remains yours, as set out above.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resonant Catalyst accepts no liability for decisions or actions taken based on content from the service, or for outcomes based on incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld information. The service is provided to help you think and prepare, not to represent you, package your project, or close your deals.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.
We may update these Terms or the service from time to time. We may also suspend or end the service, or your access to it, as described above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
